Now in the market CDN provision as services is widespread. When using such model the operator suffers regular losses, operating expenses, paying by third-party provider for traffic distribution on the own network.
Bradbury Lab offers telecom operators and telecommunication companies an innovative software product for the organization of own system of delivery of a video content (CDN). CDN allows to lower considerably load of a backbone network and to get rid of expenditures on a traffic, making only one-time payment for a product at the time of purchasing without the additional regular commissions.
The hybrid TV-solution at the programming layer will connect cable television of the IPTV standard on the basis of a network of MGTS in Moscow and DVB-C in regions of Russia, and also MTS satellite television with online services. Among them a program guide with expanded functions, video on demand and service of the postponed viewing.
Hybrid MTS TV also offers subscribers the "smart set-top boxes" developed especially for the operator, which openes access on the TV screen to the interactive program of telecasts, exchange rates, road condition and news feeds. The set-top box can be connected to the home Internet and subscribers gain access to additional services — the postponed viewing (Catch-up TV), to video on demand (VOD), and to function of a pause (TimeShift).
Our company participates in the project by offer the following products: system of transcoding, record and broadcasting, CDN-network of delivery of a video content. Implementation takes place at the federal level and the number of the cities where nodes of CDN are set, permanently.
